 Solution #1.a Business as Usual: Continue to ignore the real human problems. Ignore root causes. Ignore
solutions that will actually end the problems.
Continue to treat symptoms. Continue
to limit anti-terrorist
activity to a defense strategy only.
Continue
to provide zero consequences to those who promote and endorse genocide and
mass violence. Pretend the
wars in Iraq is about ending terrorism. Do
more of the same. Do the same thing
harder. Pretend it's OK, because someone else's
country got bombed and ours didn't.
Continue to spend Billions of dollars
building dysfunctional security systems that give the illusion of
security. Continue to allow vowed mass murders to roam freely
because they cannot convicted under our present legal system. Continue
to allow those who publicly promote mass murder to be protected by the
right of free speech, by political immunity, or by national sovereignty.
With about five to ten
more years of this tactic, Nature's Doomsday Machine
will become unstoppable
and, in just a few more decades, Global Climate Change will kill over 5 billion
humans. After that, nobody will care about whose
bombing their neighbors because there won't be anybody left to
do the bombing and there won't be any neighbors to
bomb.
This will definitely end global terrorism.
Solution #1.b War as Usual: Continue to threaten, push, shove, kill, injure,
and destroy! Continue to spend half the planet's resources on
creating and using tools of death and
destruction. Be more violent
than the opposition, thus forcing the so-called enemy into
submission. Continue to limit anti-terrorist activity
to a defense strategy only. Continue to provide
zero consequencesContinue to provide
zero consequences to those who promote and endorse genocide and
mass violence. Continue to pull 10
billion dollars a month out of the
hands of the seriously overburdened and struggling, U.S. working class and spent that money on death and
destruction.
During the next five to
ten more years of pushing, shoving injuring,
killing, and destroying, some idiot will very likely set off a
nuclear device, or chemically poison vast areas of the
world, or let a biological weapon loose that will kill
only a few hundred million people. That's OK
because Nature's Doomsday Machine, which we continue to
ignore, will come along and, in just a few more decades, Global
Climate Change will kill most or all of those still alive.
This will definitely end global terrorism.
