And now back to the
muscle testing techniques.
In this document, the focus is
directed primarily on finding the
discrepancies between your conscious
mind and your inner self. By
inner self we mean: 1) your
subconscious mind, 2) your genetic
programming, 3) your history, and 4)
your soul-self. Once you
learn the Theta Healing technology,
you can use it for any topic you
choose.
The traditional test
involves a practitioner and his/her
client. The client
extends his/her arm out straight and
keeps it straight while the
practitioner asks a question and then
presses down lightly on the client's
arm. Because this is not a
test to see who is stronger, light
pressure and light resistance will
provide the result. If the
answer is "yes," the arm will be strong
and easily resist the pressure.
If the answer is “no,” the arm
will be weak and will not resist the
pressure.
Self-testing is usually
used with the Theta Healing technology
because Theta Healing (a.k.a. Theta
Transformation) is a process where
people are taught to play an active
role in enhancing their own well
being. Three self-testing
techniques are commonly used.

Pendulum:
The technique that most
people are familiar with involves
using a pendulum. A
pendulum is simply an object attached
to and held suspended at the end of a
string, a cord, a necklace-like chain,
or something similar.

Linking
Fingers:
The second technique involves
interlocking the fingers or touching
the fingers together and pulling
against them to determine whether the
muscles respond with strength or
weakness.

Standing
Body Lean:
The third way, commonly used for those
just learning this testing technique,
involves standing up and asking the
body to lean forward for a “yes”
answer and leaning backwards for a
“no” answer. When
using this technique it is suggested
that you stand facing magnetic north.
This is not necessary, however,
aligning yourself with the magnetic
polarity of the Earth seems to make
the process easier for beginners to
learn.

Calibration:
No matter
which technique you use, the first
step is to be sure the body is
properly hydrated. Drink a
glass of water prior to the testing.
Then set up a test detector.
Set up conflict
detector True/False
Set up stress detector
Like /Dislike
Set up a communication
system Yes/No
Have a strong muscle
response indicate that the answer to
the question is “true,” “like,”
or “yes.”
Have a weak muscle
response indicate that the answer to
the question is “false,” “dislike,” or “no.”

Calibrating the
Muscle Testing Process.
For the linked fingers
test, touch the end of your right
thumb and the end of any one of your
right-hand finger together
--- touch the end of your left
thumb and the end of any one of your
left-hand finger together.
Inter-loop the two hands and pull your
hands apart to see if they come apart
easily or with more difficulty.
Say, Tell me, "yes.”
For an answer
of “true,” “yes,” or
“like,” the muscles will be strong
and the fingers will resist being
pulled apart. Then say:
Tell me "no.” For an
answer of “false,” “no,”
or “don’t like,” the
connection will be weak and the
fingers will pull apart easily.
For the pendulum test,
hold an object suspended on the
string. For an answer of
“true,” “yes,” or
“like,” instruct the pendulum to
swing forward and back.
For an answer of “false,”
“no,” or “don’t like,”
instruct the pendulum to swing left
and right. Then say, Tell me
"yes.” If the process is
working correctly, the pendulum will
begin to swing forward and back
slightly. Then say: Tell me
"no.” If the
process is working correctly, the
pendulum will begin to swing left and
right slightly. The
pendulum isn’t answering the
questions. Your body is.
Your hand/arm/body will move ever so
slightly and this will cause the
pendulum to move.
For the standing test,
stand erect, with your feet directly
under your shoulders or slightly
closer together. Placed
your feet parallel to each other (not
pointing in or out).
Face magnetic north.
Move one hand (either hand) out in
front of you as low as you can
comfortably reach while maintaining an
erect body posture.
With your palm facing
left (or right); raise the hand up in
front of you until it is over your
head. Move your hand up as if
you were zipping up a huge cloth bag.
Move the raised hand to the side and
then back down into a relaxed
position. This is
called zipping up your energetic
field. It’s done to
align the seven chakras ( energy
vortexes) and to eliminate interference from the energy
around you.
Verify that you can get
a yes/no answer by saying: Tell me
"yes.” If the
process is working correctly, your
body will lean slightly forward.
Then say: Tell me "no.”
If the process is working correctly,
your body will lean slightly backward.

Using the muscle testing
process.
Once you get used to
the process, it will work easily.
Use muscle testing to obtain an answer
from the subconscious mind.
Before each session, always check to
be sure the process is working
properly.
If you get no movement
from the standing test, you are
probably dehydrated. Drink
some water. If that
doesn’t resolve the problem,
you’ll need to add minerals to your
body. Take a multi-vitamin
pill with multi-minerals in it.

In the standing test,
if the polarity is reversed (“no”
is forward and “yes” is backwards)
with the back of your open right hand,
touch on top of your head.
Then lift your hand up far enough to
turn it over. Move your
hand back down and touch
the top of your head again.
Take your hand down and re-test.
The polarity should have shifted to
leaning forward for a “yes” answer
and leaning back for a “no”
answer. If this still doesn’t work,

to obtain answers from your body and
from your subconscious mind, call and
